• I will recommend a competitive market price thru comparison of similar currently listed properties and recently sold listings.

• Complete a estimated seller’s net proceeds sheet to aid in the decision of the original list price

• Marketing

• Negotiate any contracts that are received on the property and ensure they are written in seller’s best interest.

• I will make sure the seller is getting a fair market price for property.

• Complete an estimated seller’s net proceeds sheet based on the sales price so the seller will know what to expect in closing costs and approximately the amount he/she will receive at Closing.

• Monitor the transaction process thru Closing to ensure everyone involved (title company, lender, etc.) is communicating and proceeding in a timely manner and all conditions of the contract have been met.
